My porting process was declined. How can I solve this issue?

Porting can fail for several reasons. Check the Klarna app for details—it's often due to an incorrect address or a locked phone. Identify the issue and restart the porting process through the app.

You can update the porting information by going to the settings page in the Klarna mobile section of the Klarna app. There, you’ll see which details were incorrect and can resume the porting process with the correct information.
