  • Check your device is 5G compatible and that 5G is enabled in Settings. 

  • Check you have not exceeded your high-speed data limit plan.

  • Check you’re in a 5G area.

  • Klarna Mobile uses AT&T’s network - so check AT&T’s coverage map online.
