1. Log in to the

   app

2. Navigate to Profile and find the Benefits section.

3. Select Mobile plans and choose the eSIM to activate

4. Follow the prompts to install the new Klarna Mobile eSIM on your phone

To be able to install the Klarna Mobile eSIM, you’ll need a stable WiFi connection, the latest software update, and a carrier-unlocked phone.


Not sure if your phone is unlocked?

iPhones

1. Go to Settings and select General

2. Select About and check Network Provider Lock

• No SIM restrictions means your device is unlocked

• If locked, contact your previous carrier to request an unlock

Note, for other devices, check your current contract’s T&Cs.
