If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are struggling to pay your debts to Klarna, you may be eligible for a repayment plan. Some common reasons for seeking help include unemployment, reduced income due to illness or personal circumstances such as death of a loved one, or unexpected expenses.

Log in to the Klarna app or web portal.
Select the unpaid purchase and choose 'Report a problem', then 'Financial support'.

Select from different repayment plan options based on your financial assessment.
Klarna will review your request after you submit the form.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with details of your repayment plan and upcoming payments, which can be viewed in the Klarna app. If your request is not approved, the app will guide you to the next step.
